The buying process

Buying from us is both secure and simple. You can browse anytime, but in order to purchase anything, first you will need to set up an account. Here you will ll be able to manage your orders, save your basket and make use of our great wishlist facility. Once you have found something you like, add it to the basket and follow our simple five-step purchasing process – easy!

Once your order has been submitted, we will send you confirmation that it is being processed. Although we try and keep as much in stock as possible and aim to get the goods to you asap, the majority of our products are sourced from Europe and so you will need to take into account varied delivery lead times.

Once your order is confirmed, we will then be in touch with a proposed delivery date. If this date suits then simply wait for your goods to be delivered. If not, then you will need to get in touch either by phone or email to arrange an appropriate delivery date or change your delivery address.

We will also let you know when your order is dispatched and although you can track your order online via your account, do contact us if you have a query at any stage.
